[Android] Loading a simple Scene is around 10 times slower than before on some of the older Android devices
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project "loading-times2018.zip"
2. Build and Run to an Android device
3. Click the "Load" button
4. Notice at the text displaying the loading times
Expected result: The loading takes around ~30-70 ms
Actual result: The loading takes around ~500-800 ms
Reproducible with: 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.14f1, 2021.1.12f1
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.36f1, 2021.1.13f1
Could not test with: 2021.2.0b4, 2022.1.0a2 (as the API version is unsupported)
