Android launch times increased x4 from URP 8.1.0 to URP 10.0.0-preview.26
Android app start-up time has increased from 5 seconds with URP 8.1.0 to 20 seconds with URP 10.0.0-preview.26 measured on Samsung S7. This was using a recent version of Unity trunk with the URP Template scene and no XR packages installed.
Similar results were also seen on Oculus Quest in a version of the URP Template scene enabled for XR. However, this problem is not specific to XR.

This issue is either NOT resolved / NOT fixed, or you amazingly competent masters of programming managed to screw up and magically leave the fix out of URP 10.2.0, while there is no such version as 10.1.0-preview17 (I have never seen this version come up in any revision of Unity 2020.2)
Delightful as usual working with this engine that is totally not made by animals.

It would be appreciated if you could ALWAYS specify the minimum Unity version that supports the "fixed" package. I was wondering why this one didn't show up in 2020.2.0b5, only to discover it shows up in 2020.2.0b11 ...I wouldn't expect this with such a small version gap.
