[GLES] Incorrect DOF blur
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project "DoFRepro.zip"
2. Build and Run on an Android device
3. Click "NEW GAME"
4. Click the text which is displayed at the bottom of the screen
Expected result: The character is blurred and the background is not blurred
Actual result: The character and the background is blurred
Reproducible with: 2019.4.32f1, 2020.3.23f1, 2021.2.3f1, 2022.1.0a15
