[Android] [IL2CPP] JAR file not included in build when building APK with IL2CPP and only ARM64 Target Architecture selected
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "JARbug.zip"
2. In the Menu bar go to File > Build Settings
3. Connect Android devices to the computer
4. In the Build Settings window, press Build And Run
5. Open the Android Logcat
Expected results: no errors related to VuplexWebViewAndroid.jar file in logcat
Actual results: AndroidJavaException error can be seen in logcat
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a18, 2021.2.0b7, 2022.1.0a5
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.16f1, 2021.1.16f1, 2021.2.0a17
Notes:
- Issue does not reproduce if ARMv7 Target Architecture is selected
- Issue does not reproduce when using Mono scripting backend
