[Android][IL2CPP] Environment.StackTrace doesn't return anything on 32-bit builds
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Make sure Scripting Backend is set to IL2CPP
3. In Player Settings -> Target Architectures check only ARMv7
4. Build and Run on Android
5. Check the device's log
Actual: Environment.StackTrace returns nothing
Reproducible with: 2017.4.30f1
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.6f1, 2018.1.0a1, 2018.1.9f2, 2018.4.5f1, 2019.1.12f1, 2019.2.0f1, 2019.3.0a11
