[Android][IL2CPP] Android sqlite exceptions when built with IL2CPP

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project "SqliteTest.zip"
2. Make sure the Scripting Backend is set to IL2CPP
3. Build and Run on an Android device
4. Observe the logs in the built app

Expected result: There are no sqlite exceptions in the console logs
Actual result: Sqlite exceptions in the console logs

Reproducible with: 2021.2.4f1, 2022.1.0a16
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.32f1, 2020.3.24f1, 2021.1.28f1
