[Android] HTML player doesn't show video when being used in Android WebView
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build for Android
3. Run the application on the device
4. Press Open WebView button
5. Press Play
6. Notice that the player works, sounds works, but there is no video.
Actual result: Html player on WebView doesn't show video but player and sounds works
Expected Result: Video should work normally.
Reproduced with: 2017.4.1f1; 2018.1.8f1; 2018.2.0f2; 2018.3.0a5
Not reproducible with: 2017.3.2f1; 2017.4.0f1
Tested with: HUAWEI CLT L29*, OS:8.1.0, CPU:arm64-v8a, GPU:Mali-G72, Build:HUAWEI/CLT-L29/HWCLT:8.1.0/HUAWEICLT-L29/107(C432):user/release-keys
