[Android] Graphical artifacts are seen when using materials with GPU Instancing on Adreno 630
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build to a mobile device with Adreno 630 GPU
3. If the artifacts are not visible at first sight, move the character with buttons provided
Expected: GPU instantiation does not produce artifact
Actual: material with GPU instantiation enabled produces visual artifacts
Reproduced in: 2018.1.0a6, 2018.1.9f1, 2018.2.1f1, 2018.3.0a6
Not reproduced in: 2017.4.8f1, 2018.1.0a5
