[Android][GLES3] Shading based on the difference between the sampled depths is different on Adreno gpus

Repro steps:
1. Open the attached project "repro_1330519"
2. Build and Run on Android

Expected: Shading at bottom of particles should look the same
Actual: Shading at bottom of particles is double the size

Reproducible with: 2019.4.24f1, 2020.3.4f1, 2021.1.5f1, 2021.2.0a14
