[Android] forward+ lighting glitch when built on Xiaomi Mi 10

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "URP_Bug_2022_2"
2. Build And Run on a Xiaomi Mi 10 device
3. Observe the Scene shown in the Player

Expected result: No visual glitch is seen
Actual result: Black blocks are seen

Not reproducible with: 2020.3.46f1, 2021.3.20f1, 2023.1.0b5, 2023.2.0a5
