[Android] Editor freezes when opening the Icon section of Player Settings
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open Player Settings (Edit > Project Settings > Player)
3. Select the Android Settings tab
4. Open the Icon section
Expected result: The Editor does not freeze
Actual result: The Editor freezes for a couple of seconds and then becomes slow
Reproducible with: 2021.3.34f1, 2022.3, 2023.2, trunk
Reproducible on: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Notes:
- Does not reproduce with the Windows or iOS settings tab
