[Android] Directional Light intensity calculation is incorrect when the project is built on Android
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached Project “LightProject”
2. Build and Run on Android
3. Select the “switch light” button
4. Observe the app’s behaviour
Expected result: The light intensity on the yellow cube GameObject decreases
Actual result: The light intensity remains unchanged
Reproducible with: 2021.3.28f1
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.13f1, 2023.1.20f1, 2023.2.0f1, 2023.3.0a14
