[Android] Audio plugins not loaded if the lib name does not match the Windows plugin name
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project;
2. Build the scene "Test" on a device;
3. Open the built app;
4. Move the slider and listen the sound;
Actual result: the volume does not change while changing the value of a slider.
Expected result: the volume should react to the value of a slider.
Note: everything works fine in Editor. Also, the scene built on Standalone works fine too. Audio Plugin was created by the user.
Reproduced with: 5.5.4p2, 5.6.3f1, 2017.1.0p2, 2017.2.0b5
Note#2: an app which is built with 2017.3.0a2 immediately crashes.
