[Android] Cannot build a project when an asset in the StreamingAssets folder contains an apostrophe
Repro steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Switch build target to Android
3. Create an asset and put an apostrophe in its name
4. Place the asset in a StreamingAssets folder
5. Attempt to build the project
Actual: Build fails
