[GLES] Black screen when an application is opened on an Android device

How to reproduce:
1. Open the “BlackScreenTest.zip“ project
2. Open the “Test“ scene
3. Build and Run for Android

Expected result: Application opens without issues
Actual result: Black screen on build startup

Reproducible with: 2022.3.64f1
Not reproducible with: 2023.1.0a5, 2023.1.0b20, 2023.3.0b5, 6000.0.51f1, 6000.1.9f1, 6000.2.0b7

Reproducible environment: macOS 15.4.1  (M4 Max), Windows 11 (Reporters)
Not reproducible environment: No other environment tested

Reproducible with these devices:
VLNQA00524, Samsung - (SM-S916B), Android 13, CPU: Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 (SM8550), GPU: Adreno (TM) 740
VLNQA00335, Samsung Galaxy S20+ 5G (SM-G986B), Android 10, CPU: Exynos 990, GPU: Mali-G77
VLNQA00511, Samsung Galaxy S8 (SM-G950F), Android 9, CPU: Exynos 9 Octa 8895, GPU: Mali-G71

Not reproducible with these devices:
VLNQA00626, iPhone 16 (MYE73QN/A), CPU: Apple A18 Pro, GPU: Apple designed, OS: 18.5

Notes:
- Once the device is locked and unlocked the main game window appears, or put the app into the background and back to the foreground
- Could not reproduce on a fresh project
- Does not reproduce with macOS Standalone
- Was not able to find the exact fixed in version
- “Skipped rendering frame because GfxDevice is in invalid state (device lost)” logged in the logcat

    2022.3 has reached end of support. Issue is not reproducible in more recent versions.
