[Android] Baked shadow texture has choppy edges when building with Point sampler R16 single channel texture on some devices

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open the “/Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. Switch to Android Platform
4. Build and Run
5. Put Player in Landscape mode
6. Observe the shadow at the bottom left

Expected result: Shadow is smooth
Actual result: Blocky artifacts are present
