[Encoding/compression] [Android] Baked lightmap intensity is affected when enabling Compress Lightmaps toggle
Steps to reproduce:
1. Make sure that Android platform support is installed
2. Download and open the attached project
3. Open the SampleScene
4. Navigate to Window > Rendering > Lighting
5. Make sure that Compress Lightmaps checkbox is unchecked
6. Generate the lighting
7. Now check the Compress Lightmaps checkbox and rebake
8. Notice that the bounce intensity has changed
Notes:
- Only reproduces on Android; other platforms are unaffected
- Reproduces both with directional and non-directional lightmaps
- Reproduces both in gamma and linear color space
- Reproduces only when using High Quality lightmap encoding setting
