[Android][ARCore] Disabling and re-enabling the ARSessionOrigin continuously adds new PointCloud Trackables
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Build and Run on Android
3. Enable the AR Session and notice the singe Point Cloud trackable in the text field
4. Disable and re-enable the AR Session
Actual: Every time the AR Session is re-enabled an additional Point Cloud trackable is added
Reproducible with: 2019.3.15f1 ARF 2.1.8, 2020.1.0b10 ARF 3.1.3, 2020.2.0a13 ARF preview.3 - 4.0.0
