[Android] App crashes on startup with Vulkan Graphic API when WebRTC package is added
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “TestWebRTC.zip“ project
2. Build and Run for Android
3. Open and close the application several times
Expected result: No crash on startup
Actual result: Crash on startup
Reproducible with: 3.0.0-pre.8, 3.0.0-pre.1, 2.4.0-exp.1 (2022.3.64f1, 6000.0.52f1, 6000.1.10f1, 6000.2.0b8)
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.53f1
Reproducible environment: macOS 15.4.1 (M4 Max), Windows 11 (Reporters)
Not reproducible environment: No other environment tested
Reproducible with these devices:
VLNQA00319, Google - (Pixel 4), Android 13, CPU: Snapdragon 855 SM8150, GPU: Adreno (TM) 640
