Android apk Build succeeds while Build and Run does not, although same errors are thrown in both scenarios
To reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Attempt to Build an Andoird apk
3. After the build succeeds, attempt to Build and Run
Expected result: The build completes successfully
Actual result: The build fails
Reproduced with: 2019.3.0a4, 2019.3.0b5, 2020.1.0a4
Not reproduced with: 2019.2.7f2, 2019.3.0a3
Two instances of the following error are thrown while attempting both builds:
Component could not be loaded when loading game object. Cleaning up!

Resolution Note:
Build & Run uses the BuildOption.StrictMode which fails the build if any errors occurred during the build process. Build however does not use this option for legacy reasons.
