[Android 12] The scene is undersized when app is in horizontal position and launched while phone locked

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Lock mobile device
3. Build & run the project on the device
4. Unlock the device
(A bit random issue, doesn't reproduce always. Video attached in the case)

Expected result: No issues
Actual result: The scene is undersized

Not reproducible: 2019.4.26f1, 2020.3.0a4
