Analyze Adressables TreeView selects all items with the same content
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a new Unity project and import the Addressables package
2. Open Window>Asset Management>Addressables>Analyze
3. Select the topmost item (Analyze Rules) and click Analyze Selected Rules
4. Expand all the items
5. Select any item with the content of "No issues found"
Expected result: only the clicked item is selected
Actual result: all items with the same content are selected
Reproducible with: 0.8.4-preview, 1.2.4, 1.18.11, 1.21.9
Note: not tested with earlier versions because the Analyze window was different. 1.1.3-preview is listed in Affects Version/s as the earliest version available.
Editor versions tested: 2020.3.47f1, 2022.2.15f1, 2023.2.0a10
