An outdated Unity Hub's version is installed when downloading the Windows Hub setup from the official page
How to reproduce:
1. Navigate to the official download page of Unity Hub (https://unity.com/download)
2. Press download for Windows
3. Unity Hub setup will be downloaded
4. Launch the setup file and observe the Hub’s version
Expected result: The newest Unity Hub’s setup is installed for the 3.15.1 Hub version
Actual result: A setup for the 3.14.3 version of Unity Hub is installed
Reproduced on: Windows 11
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
Note: Once the installation is complete, the 3.14.3 Unity Hub version is installed (The newest Unity Hub version at the moment is 3.15.1)
