An image in png format has a black artifact in the Editor
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Go to the 'Assets/Icons/Game'
3. Open the 'Runway.png' in any external image viewer
4. Observe the 'Runway.png' in the Inspector
Expected result: The image has a black artifact in the Editor
Actual result: The image looks the same way as outside the Editor
Reproducible with: 2019.4.37f1, 2020.3.32f1, 2021.2.18f1, 2022.1.0b14, 2022.2.0a9
Notes:
- The same image in jpg format is imported without an artifact

Resolution Note:
These black artifact are already present in the image (can be seen in gimp/photoshop, making alpha all white), it is just all the preview programs *always* interpret alpha (if present) as opacity/transparency information (and indeed, these black artefacts are in purely transparent regions).
In unity, if "Alpha is transparency" is checked in texture inspector thay would be "gone" (as now, the preview will show the image taking the transparency into the account)
