An artifact is visible in Package Manager search field
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached 'project-1206260.zip' project
2. 'Window' > 'Package Manager'
3. In the Package Manager click on the search field to focus it
4. Observe the lower-right corner
Expected result: no artifacts are visible
Actual result: an artifact is visible where the 'x' button should be
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0b11, 2019.3.0f4
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.15f1, 2019.2.17f1, 2019.3.0b10, 2020.1.0a1, 2020.1.0a17
Could not test with: 2017.4.35f1 (Package Manager not available)
