[Ambient] Skybox ambient intensity value changes have no effect
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "BrokenAmbient"
3. Open "Lighting" window and bake
4. Change value of "Ambient intensity"
5. Notice that change has no effect
