Alpha value is always shown as 1 when viewed in UI Builder Color tooltip
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "IN-122971"
2. In Project View open "TestUI" UI Document
3. In the UI Builder Hierarchy select "VisualElement"
4. In the UI Builder Inspector hover over Color field under Background
5. Observe tooltip
Expected result: Tooltip shows "1 1 1 0.5"
Actual result: Tooltip shows "1 1 1 1"
Reproducible with: 6000.2.0b1, 6000.2.12f1, 6000.3.0b10, 6000.4.0a4, 6000.5.0a1
Could not test with: 6000.0.62f1, 6000.2.0a1 (Tooltip does not show the color value)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Note: on version 6000.4.0a2 and newer the tooltip is not shown when viewed on an external monitor
