Allocating a native collection from {{IControl.Configure()}} in a scriptable processor throws an exception.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Download the attached Unity project scriptable-processor-configure-exception and open it
  2. Open the Sine scene
  3. Enter play mode

Expected results:

No exceptions or errors and a sine tone is playing.
