All descendants on the Prefab Variant get destroyed after adding the 'Rect Transform' component to the Prefab root
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached '1340595.zip' project
2. Open the 'Test Variant' in the Prefab mode
3. Observe the Hierarchy
4. Open the 'Test' Prefab
5. In the Inspector add the 'Rect Transform' component
6. Save the Prefab
7. Open the 'Test Variant' Asset
8. Observe the Hierarchy
Expected result: The 'Test Variant' has a child object
Actual result: The 'Test Variant' doesn't have a child object
Reproducible with: 2018.4.36f1, 2019.4.28f1, 2020.3.12f1, 2021.1.11f1, 2021.2.0a21
