AI Planner is not fully generating assemblies when Generate assemblies command is ran
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("VacuumRobot.zip")
2. With Windows Explorer or it's alternatives open project folder and enter Packages folder
3. Delete "com.ai.planner.actions.generated" and "com.ai.planner.domains.generated" folders
4. In Editor top menu click AI->Planner->Generate assemblies
5. Return to Windows Explorer
Expected result: "com.ai.planner.actions.generated" and "com.ai.planner.domains.generated" folders are regenerated
Actual result: Only one of those folders is regenerated
Reproducible with: 2019.3.6f1, 2020.1.0b2, 2020.2.0a4
Could not test with: 2017.4.38f1, 2018.4.19f1 (AI Planner is available from 2019.3)
Notes:
- After Generating assemblies 2nd time the remaining folder is regenerated
