[Ads] Verified and default Ads package should be 3.3.x instead of 2.0.8
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a new Project
2. Windows> Package Manager > Ads
Expected Result:
The verified ads package should be 3.3.x
Observed Result:
The verified ads package is still 2.0.8
Reproducible In: 2019.3.0f6
Environment: Win & Mac
Note:
Ads 2.0.8 causes major issue for iOS

Please fix this bug, I m using unity 2020.1a9 and I can't use ads package is other than 2.0.8
