[Addressables] LoadAssetAsync runs scripts that are attached to the assets when they are not instantiated
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project and SampleScene scene
2. Enter the Play mode (observe the Console and that the Capsule is not instantiated)
3. Press the "Space" button
4. Observe the Console window
Expected result: "Singleton Set\!" message is logged
Actual result: "Singleton already exists. Destroying." error is logged
Reproducible with: 1.18.2 (2018.4.34f1, 2019.4.26f1, 2020.3.7f1, 2021.1.6f1, 2021.2.0a16)
Not reproducible with: 1.16.19 - 1.17.17 (2018.4.34f1, 2019.4.26f1, 2020.3.7f1, 2021.1.6f1, 2021.2.0a16)
