[Addressables] Hosting "Enable" state resets after AssemblyReload
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Select Window/Asset Management/Addressables/Hosting and enable hosting
3. Create a new C# Script and observe the hosting Enable checkbox
Expected result: hosting is enabled
Actual result: hosting is disabled
Reproducible with: 1.16.19 - 1.18.9 (2018.4.36f1, 2019.4.28f1, 2020.3.12f1, 2021.1.11f1, 2021.2.0a21)
