[Addressables] Addressables build spawns a Stack overflow error
Reproduction steps:
1. Download and open the attached "addressables test.zip" project
2. In the toolbar, go to Window>Asset Management>Addressables>Groups
3. In the Adressables window, press Build>New build>Default Build Script
Expected result: The build completes with no console errors
Actual result: The build completes with a "Stack Overflow" error
Reproducible with: 2020.3.4f1
Not reproducible with: 2019.4, 2020.2, 2021.1, 2021.2 (Project breaks when downgrading/upgrading)

Resolution Note:
This isn't actually a Won't Fix. I reproduced on Unity 2021.1.0b and checked Editor logs with Ryan, and determined this isn't an Addressables issue. The scripting team doesn't use Jira, but it was reassigned through FogBugz to them. Check the FogBugz comment for further info
