Addressable Group location gets duplicated when building the group and returning the amount via script
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user attached "AddressablesTest.zip" project
2. Open the "TestScene" Scene found in the "Assets/Scenes" folder
3. Open the Addressables Groups window (Window -> Asset Management -> Addressables -> Groups)
4. Change the "Play Mode Script" setting to "Use Existing Build"
5. Build the "Addressables Group" (Build -> New Build -> Default Build Script)
6. Enter Play Mode
7. Open the Console Window
Expected result: "Locations Count: 1" is logged
Actual result: "Locations Count: 3" is logged
Reproducible with: 1.19.19 (2020.3.24f1, 2020.3.33f1, 2021.3.1f1, 2022.1.0f1, 2022.2.0a11)
Not reproducible with: 1.18.19 (2019.4.38f1), 1.19.19 (2020.3.23f1)
