[Addresables] "Unable to load dependent bundle from location" error is thrown when custom Bundle Asset Provider Type is used
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "Test.zip" project
2. In the Project window select the "Default Local Group_BundledAssetGroupSchema" Asset (Found in the Assets/AddressableAssetsData/AssetsGroups/Schemas folder)
3. In the Inspector set the "Bundle Asset Provider Type" to "Custom AssetBundle Provider"
4. Open the Addressables Groups (Window->AssetManagement->Addressables->Groups)
5. In the Addressables Groups select Play Mode Script->Use Existing Build
6. In the Addressable Groups select Build->New Build->Default Build Script
7. Enter the Play Mode
Expected results: No errors are thrown, the "Prefab" GameObejct is instantiated
Actual results: The "System.Exception: Unable to load dependent bundle from location" error is thrown, the "Prefab" GameObject is not instantiated
Reproducible with: 1.18.11, 1.19.4 (2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.19f1, 2021.1.22f1, 2021.2.0b13, 2022.1.0a10)
Not reproducible with: 1.18.9 (2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.19f1, 2021.1.22f1)
