AddListener does not refresh list of listeners in inspector
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "AddEventBug.zip"
2. Open scene "repro"
3. Open script "Repro.cs"
4. Notice that button has event added during runtime
5. Run scene and click button
6. Notice in console that event is triggered
7. Select "Canvas>Button" in hierarchy and notice that no events are in "On Click()" list
