Adding new table entry causes background horizontal bars to resize.
1) Create a new string table collection.
2) Press Add New Entry
3) Notice the background bars are now large and match the size of the new row.
4) Press Add New Entry again
5) Noticed the bars are now small and match the size of a single field.
6) Repeat. The bars keep changing size.
