[Adaptive Performance][UX] Toggles and input fields in Settings are not aligned in a consistent way
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Open Package Manager
3. Install Adaptive Performance package
4. Open Project Settings -> Adaptive Performance -> Simulator (or Samsung (Android) if you install Adaptive Performance Samsung Android)
5. Observe the setting
Actual result: toggles and input fields of Auto performance Mode, Indexer Settings and Development Settings are not aligned with Scaler Settings Enabled part
Expected result: toggles and input fields of Auto performance Mode, Indexer Settings and Development Settings are aligned with Scaler Settings Enabled part
