Adaptive Performance package errors when the project is opened
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "AdaptivePerformanceTest"
2. Observe the Console window
Expected result: No errors are in the Console window
Actual result: Errors related to the Adaptive Performance package appear in the Console
Reproducible with: 2.2.4 (2020.3.46f1), 5.0.0-pre.4 (2021.2.0a17, 2023.1.0b6, 2023.2.0a4)
Not reproducible with: 5.0.0-pre.4 (2021.2.0a18, 2021.3.20f1, 2022.2.9f1)
Reproducible on: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2

Resolution Note:
This is not a bug it's a problem with the Project Settings. The XR module is disabled which installs the Subsystem module which Adaptive Performance relies on.
