Active profile not found in build window data source when creating new project and having game core installed
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Make sure game core player and standalone built
2. Create new project
3. Open File > Build Profile
*Actual results:* Build profile doesn't show game core and neither the standalone profile. The console logs the 'Active profile not found in build window data source'.
*Expected results:* No console warning and game core and windows standalone should show up.

Resolution Note:
Fixed by another internal issue: UUM-74386: Build Profiles : XB1 / XBS extensions not shown in Build Profiles until Editor restart
