Actions Maps have no Renaming function when right-clicking them in the Input Actions Asset
How to reproduce:
1. Open any project with the Input System package installed
2. In the Project Browser right-click and create an Input Actions Asset
3. Double-click to open it and press "+" under the "Action Maps" sections
4. Right-click the created "New action map" and see the menu that pops up
Expected result: The menu opened should include a "Rename" function, just like in the "Actions" section, seeing as double-clicking the "action map" allows the user to rename it
Actual result: The "Action Map" created can be renamed only by double-clicking and not with the right-click menu
Reproducible with: 1.6.3, 1.7.0, 1.8.0-pre.1 (2021.3.29f1, 2022.3.10f1, 2023.1.14f1, 2023.2.0b9, 2023.3.0a5)

Resolution Note:
The rename context menu option is already present in the upcoming UITK rework of the window. (Upcoming Input System version 1.8.0-pre.2) Unfortunately, due to the low pain of the issue and our current lack of team's resources it will not be added to the old UI
