AABB is imprecise on capsule collider when the mesh is rotated
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the project provided
2. Open the only scene available
3. Rotate "Capsule" gameobject on the X axis
-Observe how imprecise AABB is on a capsule compared to the cube (image attached)
Actual result: AABB is calculated imprecisely on rotated capsule meshes.
Expected result: AABB is calculated more precisely on rotated capsule mesh.
Reproduced on: 5.5.0b8, 5.4.2p1, 5.3.6p7, 5.2.5f1
