A scene, with a prefab which has Vertical Layout Group and a child with Content Size Fitter, gets dirty when it is opened
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "ContextSizeFitterBug.zip"
2. Open either scene "SampleScene" or "SampleSceneFixed"
3. Observe the Hierarchy window
Expected result: the scene is not dirty
Actual result: the scene is dirty
Reproducible with: 2018.4.20f1, 2019.3.7f1, 2020.1.0b3, 2020.2.0a3
Could not test with: 2017.4 (due to old prefab system)
