A new line gets appended after pressing Enter when the Line Type of an InputField (TMP) is set to 'Multi Line Submit'
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open the SampleScene
3. Enter the Play mode
4. Enter something into the text field
5. Press Enter
6. Focus the text field
7. Press the down arrow
Expected result: No new line gets appended
Actual result: A new line gets appended
Reproducible with: TextMeshPro 2.1.0-preview.1 (2019.4.10f1), 2.1.6 (2019.4.29f1), 3.0.6 (2020.3.15f2, 2021.1.16f1, 2021.2.0b6, 2022.1.0a4)
Not reproducible with: TextMeshPro 2.0.1 (2019.4.10f1)

Still exists in Unity 2022.3 LTS.
