A link to Unity 2020.2 release notes are opened when opening release notes in Unity 2021.1
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Open the release notes Help->Release Notes
Expected results: https://unity3d.com/unity/beta/2021.1.0b1 link is opened
Actual results: https://unity3d.com/unity/whats-new/2020.2.1 link is opened
Reproducible with: 2021.1.0a1, 2021.1.0b1
Not reproducible with:2018.4.30f1, 2019.4.17f1, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.1f1
