A different artifact is produced every time when importing a ShaderGraph asset
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “T1975376_ShaderGraph_URP.zip“ project.
2. Open Window > Analysis > Import Activity.
3. Select the SG_MyVFXShader.shadergraph asset on the left side of the Import Activity window
4. On the right side observe the artifact in the Produced Files/Artifacts section
5. Close the Import Activity window
6. In the Project window, select SG_MyVFXShader.shadergraph asset, right-click, and press Reimport
7. Repeat the steps 2 - 4
Expected result: The artifact remains the same
Actual result: A new artifact is seen
Reproducible with: 2021.3.45f1, 2022.3.52f1, 6000.0.26f1, 6000.1.0a3
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
