[2DRenderer] Same sprites with normal maps and different rotations are lit from the same direction when both sprites are visible
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "SpriteNormalsLighting.zip" and scene "SampleScene"
2. In Hierarchy window, select "asteroid_1" object
3. Drag the selected object into the Game View
4. Observe "asteroid_1 (1)" lighting
Expected result: nothing changes, the lighting of the asteroids remain the same
Actual result: asteroid lighting changes
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0b8 (6.7.1)
Could not test with: 2019.1.0a14 and older due to Sprite2D package errors AND 2019.3.0a8 due to LWRP 6.7.1 package errors
The 2d experimental light feature is implemented in LWRP 6.7.1 and was not available in 6.5.3 and older package versions
