Regression

2D Vector Composite returns "IsPressed()" incorrectly when moving the joy stick
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Open the “Scenes/SampleScene” Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Tilt the left joy stick to all dirrections
5. Observe “IsPressed” value in the Game View
Expected result: When the joy stick is titled, “IsPressed” is true
Actual result: When the joy stick is tilted, “IsPressed” randomly goes between true and false
Reproducible with: 1.9.0 (2021.3.45f1, 2022.3.47f1, 6000.0.23f1), 1.11.1 (2021.3.45f1, 2022.3.50f1, 6000.0.23f1)
Not reproducible with: 1.8.2 (2021.3.45f1, 2022.3.47f1, 6000.0.23f1)
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Notes:
- Tilting the joy stick to bottom right, “IsPressed()” always return true
- When “IsPressed” varies between false or true, “IsInProgress()” returns the correct value

Resolution Note (fix version 1.11.1):
This issue was a regression caused by the fix for ISXB-746. We've reverted those changes, as ISXB-746 has an acceptable workaround.
