[2D] Sprite created with SpriteDataAccessExtensions is not dynamically batched
How to reproduce:
1. Open the project from the attached file "1271968.zip"
2. Open SampleScene
3. Go to Window > Analysis > Frame Debugger and enable the Frame Debugger
4. Open the Game View and Inspect the Frame Debugger
Expected result: Draw calls are batched
Actual result: Draw calls are not batched
Reproducible with 2018.4.26f1, 2019.4.9f1, 2020.1.3f1, 2020.2.0a21
Note: The script that uses SpriteDataAccessExtensions is in Assets > SpriteDicing > Editor > DicedSpriteAtlasEditor.cs starting at line 442

- Articulation Body with 'Revolute' Joint Type has erratic behavior when Upper Limit is set to above 360
- WebGL Player fails to render Scene when Terrain with Detail Mesh is added and WebGPU Graphics API is used

Resolution Note:
The vertex count of the Sprite exceeds the maximum Vertex Count that satisfies the requirement for Dynamic Batching.
Batching dynamic GameObjects has certain overhead per vertex, so batching is applied only to Meshes containing no more than 900 vertex attributes, and no more than 300 vertices.
