2. Open SampleScene
3. Go to Window > Analysis > Frame Debugger and enable the Frame Debugger
4. Open the Game View and Inspect the Frame Debugger
Expected result: Draw calls are batched

Reproducible with 2018.4.26f1, 2019.4.9f1, 2020.1.3f1, 2020.2.0a21

Latest issues
- Shadows are not visible in Player when using DX12 with Forward+ or Deferred+ rendering in URP
- Rendering Debugger Playmode debug UI scrolling is jittery when using click and drag to scroll
- Frame Debugger Target Selection Search Results window becomes too tiny to even see the default “Editor” selection when there are no search results
- Element name field has no character limit in UI Builder
- Async method in Play Mode being aborted when calling `new System.Windows.Forms.Form`
Resolution Note:
The vertex count of the Sprite exceeds the maximum Vertex Count that satisfies the requirement for Dynamic Batching.
Batching dynamic GameObjects has certain overhead per vertex, so batching is applied only to Meshes containing no more than 900 vertex attributes, and no more than 300 vertices.
